Goodword is building AI-powered tools to unlock the hidden value in your professional relationships. We’re looking for an AI / ML Engineer with deep NLP + LLM expertise and real production experience to build the brains behind our product.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the full ML lifecycle – data pipelines, training, embeddings, retrieval, serving and iteration in production. You’ll help define how Goodword understands relationships, context, prioritization, and recommendation intelligence. Your work will power the core AI copilot inside Goodword.
